Tony Broullire

For the past 25 years, Tony has worked in the mortgage industry and has helped hundreds of individuals with their home and investment financing. While lending is a rewarding endeavor, Tony is always looking for bigger and better challenges.

Tony has owned over 100 rental properties since 1999 and successfully sold over 75 properties during that time.

His years of experience in the Mortgage Industry, owning rentals, and Hard Money Lending give him a unique perspective on how to “marry” hard money lending with traditional financing.

Tony loves to put together creative real estate deals, and he uses his decades of experience in lending and real estate to do it. Creative real estate lights a fire in Tony that makes him excited to go to work every day. Tony truly wants to work with you to help you successfully invest in real estate!


Jaris Briski

  • Fill out Application on www.GoodFaithFund.com (Borrower Portal tab)

  • Upload Needed Documents in Borrower Portal

  • Close Loan at Title Company

  • Rehab Home & then Sell (Flip) or Refinance (Buy & Hold) to payoff Good Faith Funding

  • Repeat Process

  • 65% MAX loan to After Repair Value (ARV)- You NET the 65%

  • No Monthly Payments Required

  • 6 Month Balloon Term

  • 12% (compounded daily) Rate- if paid back in the first 6 months

  • 3 Point Origination Fee- financed “on top” of the 65% LTARV base loan

  • NO Prepayment Penalty

  • Possible to finance both Purchase Price AND Rehab costs Documents

 
 

Documents Needed Prior to Funding

  • Signed and Accepted Offer to Purchase

  • Purchases with an LLC need the following: Articles of Organization -Operating Agreement (Signed all Pages and Schedules)

  • Copy of Driver’s License for all loan signers

  • CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for subject property.

  • Itemized spreadsheet of rehab details including costs & timeframes (Rehab Spreadsheet Sample: https://www.biggerpockets.com/flip-analysis)

  • One Month Bank Statements/ Retirement Statement(s)/ Other Asset Statements.

  • End Lender Pre-approval Letter (Needed for Flips as well).
